Overseas Trade Sales and Marketing Manager (Based in India)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Work with management team to set up annual sales target and business plan

  • Plan, implement and manage all sale functions.

  • Maintain and develop new potential clients and markets

  • Build up and regularly improve team to ensure delivering customer’s need and achieving target

  • Analyze market trends and competitor’s activities.

  • Analyze market size, and market share of our brand compare to competitor’s brand.

  • Managing production and shipping schedules to meet targeted timelines, aligning with demand and sales target achievements.

  • Overseeing the customer payment collection process to ensure timely payments to headquarters.

  • Continuous monitoring of import laws and regulations for overseas branches.

  • Continuous Monitoring of labor laws in each branch office country.

  • Monitoring FTA between head quarter country and oversea 

  • Overseeing the customer payment collection process to ensure timely payments to headquarters.

  • Prepare and present sales report 

  • Seeking sales opportunities for the assigned territory 

  • Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Planning promotional activities with clients to drive sales and channel development

  • Collect and analyze marketing information (sales, profit, competitors)

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer, market and trade analysis through main business partner

  • Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and related disciplines

  • At least 3-5 years direct experiences in Trade Sales and Marketing jobs, or related business

  • Good command of written and spoken English 

  • Proficiency in MS. Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

  • Skill in negotiation and conflict resolution, particularly in dealing with clients, suppliers and employees.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and other relevant information.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with self-initiative

  • Experience in managerial roles, preferably in a related industry.
