Warehouse Receiving & Issuing Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify the arrangement of raw materials in the warehouse.
- Responsible for receiving and storing products accurately, promptly, efficiently, and safely without damage.
- Handle the issuance and dispensing of inventory according to the order list accurately, quickly, and safely without damage.
- Count inbound inventory and verify outbound items to match the order list (categorized by product type, quantity, manufacturing date, and expiry date) for recording into the WMS system.
- Participate in improving and developing work processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Logistics Engineering, or Logistics and Transportation Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
- Knowledge and understanding of inventory management, WMS systems, and warehouse space preparation.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Canva.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Possesses leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Able to work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday).
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
- Open to new graduates.
