Operation development

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and improve the operation system of the PC team within the assigned area to achieve maximum efficiency.
  2. Create a master plan for operations to guide the PC team toward a standardized workflow.
  3. Analyze data and prepare summary reports, presenting them in various formats (PowerPoint, Power BI).
  4. Provide training on the company's systems and products.
  5. Coordinate with the PC Supervisor to provide information for managing the PC team.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (basic formulas, data pivots).
  3. Passion for data analysis, keen observation, and a systematic and logical mindset.
  4. Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Able to work 6 days a week (allowance of 300 THB/day).
  6. Able to drive and possess a driving license (with a company car provided).
