Route Planner (Distribution Center)
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee transportation operations, selecting the most suitable transportation methods for company products to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Source reputable and reliable transportation providers that align with the company’s requirements.
- Analyze transportation data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Monitor and resolve transportation issues such as delivery delays, product damage, or vehicle breakdowns.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of transportation service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations (direct experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, PivotTable), Word, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure, and maintain accuracy in operations.
- Possess strong organizational skills, quick problem‑solving abilities, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates in Logistics are welcome.
- Ability to start immediately is an advantage.
- Open to fresh graduates.
