Design, develop, and improve electrical systems, automation systems, and production machinery to enhance manufacturing efficiency and process reliability.
Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to electrical systems, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo Drives, Inverters, and other automation systems.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance activities and electrical system improvements to minimize machine downtime.
Support equipment installation, system upgrade, and capacity expansion projects, including the implementation of new technologies in the manufacturing plant.
Analyze machine performance and control system data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and workplace safety enhancement.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and other related departments to ensure operations meet production targets, quality requirements, and company safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, automation systems, or manufacturing automation.
Knowledge of and experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA programming, or other automation control systems.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, motors, inverters, sensors, and machine control equipment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and engineering project management skills.
Professional Engineering License (PE License) and/or experience in the food manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
