Job Responsibilities

  1. Work in collaboration with the branch manager in the management of the retail front at the modern trade store.
  2. Restock products and check inventory in both the sales area and storage, such as expiration dates, damaged products, or those with defects.
  3. Install and manage advertising media to promote products, ensure the cleanliness of products in the sales area, and organize product displays.
  4. Summarize promotional items and request special space to address on-hand product issues.
  5. Report front-end problems to supervisors, conduct market surveys, and check various activities within the market and competitors.
  6. Participate in team meetings with sales staff and supervisors to present problem-solving methods and approaches for work development.
    Work location: Modern trade department store, convenience stores (CVS) in the assigned areas.

Qualifications

  1. no restrictions on educational qualifications.
  2. Enthusiastic, loves sales and service work, and can work well with others.
  3. Possesses negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
  4. If there is experience as a product arrangement PC, merchandising staff, or sales staff, special consideration will be given.
