Packaging Purchasing & Planning Officer
Job Responsibilities
Support the planning and management of packaging procurement to align with business requirements.
Collect and compare pricing information from suppliers to support decision‑making in selecting quality materials at appropriate costs.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion.
Inspect the quality of received packaging materials to ensure compliance with specified standards.
Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure packaging availability according to the production plan.
Prepare procurement and packaging stock management reports for analysis and process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in purchasing or planning.
Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
Good communication and negotiation skills when working with suppliers.
Detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
