Plan, prepare test diets, monitor progress, analyze and interpret results, summarize findings, store test data, and apply outcomes effectively.
Supervise work activities and develop subordinates (if any).
Perform tasks related to new product design and development, including improvement of existing products.
Explain testing procedures, sampling methods, and provide training and guidance to farm staff.
Analyze, develop, and improve testing methods to ensure accurate and appropriate test outcomes.
Adjust formulas and product characteristics upon request from relevant departments such as Production and Quality Assurance for operational use.
Provide recommendations, prepare documents, support information, follow up on tasks, and offer consultation to related departments regarding formulas and product information, such as product information sheets, feed registration/updates, advertising support documents, and customer relations tasks.
Attend trainings or seminars to gain new knowledge and techniques related to experimental methods, raw materials, and pet food production for application in research and development.
Participate in trainings, seminars, meetings, and trade exhibitions related to the field.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nutrition focusing on Pet Food or Monogastric Animals.
0 – 2 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of pet food raw materials and pet food manufacturing processes.
Ability to learn and understand testing and product development processes, including experimental design, planning, and statistical data analysis.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of pet health and behavior.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to upcountry sites.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent tasks as required.
Creative, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
