Packaging Warehouse Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Verify sticker receipts against standards and print barcode labels for every roll received in IDC system.
- Store and control sticker stock accurately according to designated locations in Winfeed and IDC.
- Issue stickers in Winfeed and IDC accurately in both items and quantities as required by packing programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the responsible storage area.
- Perform stock counting, trace movement, and control sticker inventory accurately in both physical stock and IDC system across all designated storage areas.
- Report sticker overstock or inventory lower than monthly usage requirements.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics
- No experience required
- Good proficiency in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, calm, and disciplined
- Able to coordinate promptly with related departments
- Responsible, honest, hardworking, and patient
- Able to work in shifts and perform overtime
- No color blindness; not allergic to dust
- Able to work well under pressure
