Veterinarian (Markeing - Customer relations)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and handle complaints from customers regarding pet health.
- Coordinate with veterinary associations and relevant agencies. Participate in booth events to educate customers and attend academic or seminar events related to veterinary activities.
- Support internal company departments with academic information on pets to promote sales, marketing, and product research.
- Train employees and write academic articles on pet health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine with at least 1 year of work experience.
- Passionate about pets and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Able to occasionally work outside of the city, abroad, or on holidays.
