Assistant product manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  2. Monitor and analyze domestic market trend and competitor’s activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
  3. Deliver EPD and NPD with R&D team along with product, price, place and marketing communication.
  4. Liaise with media agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.
  5. Develop advertising materials for each of the promotion/communication including TVC, OOH, POP, Online Artwork etc.
  6. Analyze monthly sales and expense to compare with sales target.
  7. Create product knowledge and train sales team.
  8. Control marketing budget align with marketing plan.
  9. Handle consumer promotion activities and evaluate result of activities.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Marketing, MBA, Business Administration or related field.
  2. At least 2 years in marketing experience.
  3. Having Experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage
  4. Have creative thinking, strong analytical skill and problem solving skills.
  5. Good command of English in both written.
  6. Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
