Handle and coordinate customer complaints to ensure quick and effective resolution.
Survey market competition and explore new opportunities for expanding sales channels.
Prepare sales reports, analyze customer data, and propose plans to improve sales and service.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or a related field.
Holding a veterinary professional license is an advantage.
Knowledge or understanding of pet products, farms, or veterinary clinic markets.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work off-site and must have a valid driver’s license.
