QC Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of various departments to ensure compliance with the set standards, specifically GHP & HACCP.
- Validate the production process at CCP points and potential risk points that may cause hazards.
- Prepare quality system documents for ISO, GHP & HACCP, FSSC, BRC.
- Summarize issues and report to supervisors, including proposing solutions.
- Other work as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in product inspection and quality control.
- Ability to use scientific measuring instruments.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to communicate clearly.
- Attentive, observant, and detail-oriented.
