QC Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the performance of various departments to ensure compliance with the set standards, specifically GHP & HACCP.
  2. Validate the production process at CCP points and potential risk points that may cause hazards.
  3. Prepare quality system documents for ISO, GHP & HACCP, FSSC, BRC.
  4. Summarize issues and report to supervisors, including proposing solutions.
  5. Other work as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience in product inspection and quality control.
  3. Ability to use scientific measuring instruments.
  4. Strong coordination skills and ability to communicate clearly.
  5. Attentive, observant, and detail-oriented.
