Assistant Research Staff (Thermal Process Assistant)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing raw materials, test equipment, and ensuring readiness of sterilization machines.
- Support researchers in conducting Thermal Process tests (TD/HP).
- Participate in Retort equipment surveys at all factories together with researchers.
- Assist researchers in coordination and preparation for testing activities.
- Maintain, inspect, and repair Thermal Process equipment.
- Operate and monitor sterilization machines for the RD department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or other related fields.
- Related experience is an advantage.
- No gender or age restriction.
- Strong coordination skills with clear communication ability.
- Able to use computer programs such as MS Office or other relevant software.
- Basic skills in using tools or repairing electrical equipment is an advantage.
- Good physical health and readiness to work.
