Researcher

Job Responsibilities

  1. Research and develop new products and improve the quality of existing products.
  2. Study the feasibility of new or alternative raw materials to improve product quality and cost.
  3. Participate in the design, procurement, and testing of machinery for current and new products.
  4. Coordinate and prepare registration documents with the Department of Livestock Development, the Food and Drug Administration, and quality system documents.
  5. Research and develop new products at the pilot scale in collaboration with the production department.
  6. Conduct market visits to observe trends in the company's product usage.
  7. Respond to customer complaints related to product quality.
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Nutrition or a related field.
  2. Creative, with good communication skills.
  3. Able to work well under pressure and responsible.
  4. Work experience in animal feed will be considered an advantage.
