Center Staff (Pet Knowledge Center)

Job Responsibilities

  1.  Develop, plan, execute, and coordinate the department’s operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of the objectives.
  2. Support relevant internal and external departments to align with the goals of each requested unit.
  3. Promote knowledge about pets to employees, customers, and partners (both external and internal customers and suppliers).
  4. Enhance the department’s image and publicize it to raise awareness.
  5. Prepare and support research and development activities to foster innovation, creativity, and progress in products and pet care.
  6. Coordinate with organizations, associations, and educational institutions on collaborative projects.
  7. Assist and support executives with pet-related matters and pet care knowledge.

Qualifications

  1.  Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Management, Veterinary Science, or related fields.
  2. Passionate about animals and interested in pets or animal care.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in coordination, public relations, or communication.
  4. Good management skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  5. Friendly personality, good interpersonal skills, and enjoys meeting people.
