Oversee the receiving and storage of goods from factories and external suppliers to ensure accuracy and maximum efficiency.
Manage product preparation, replenishment, picking, and loading with high accuracy, quality, and on-time performance.
Ensure daily stock counting, reconciliation with accounting records, and maintain accurate, traceable inventory results.
Control and verify pallet receiving and issuing, ensuring accuracy between the system records and actual items.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and quality systems in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
Ensure employees and external parties strictly follow company regulations and warehouse safety procedures, and participate regularly in safety activities.
Evaluate employee KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations (direct experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of inventory management, WMS systems, and warehouse space planning.
Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and RPA.
Good coordination skills and ability to handle immediate issues effectively.
