Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet production requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues occurring during production operations.
- Control and optimize production costs.
- Supervise employees and ensure operations are conducted according to production plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth production activities.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of food manufacturing operations and processes.
- Knowledge of or experience in retort process control is preferred.
- Understanding of ISO, GHP, HACCP, and BRC standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership ability, self-discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work Monday through Saturday.
- Able to work in shifts.
