Job Responsibilities
- Control production to meet production targets (quality, production cost, delivery).
- Allocate manpower appropriately according to production capacity.
- Inspect, improve, and solve problems occurring in the production process.
- Control the production process to follow the plan and meet the requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient production.
- Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly work results to report to supervisors.
- Understand all work stages, from raw material preparation, packaging, to sterilization.
- Perform tasks related to various production standards, such as inspections based on customer requirements, labor standards, and relevant laws.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to withstand the working environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and has a positive attitude towards work.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Possesses leadership qualities, responsibility, and a desire for learning and development.
- Prior experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- Able to work Monday to Saturday and work in shifts.
