Job Responsibilities

  1. Control production to meet production targets (quality, production cost, delivery).
  2. Allocate manpower appropriately according to production capacity.
  3. Inspect, improve, and solve problems occurring in the production process.
  4. Control the production process to follow the plan and meet the requirements.
  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient production.
  6. Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly work results to report to supervisors.
  7. Understand all work stages, from raw material preparation, packaging, to sterilization.
  8. Perform tasks related to various production standards, such as inspections based on customer requirements, labor standards, and relevant laws.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  2. Ability to withstand the working environment.
  3. Responsible, disciplined, and has a positive attitude towards work.
  4. Proficient in computer usage.
  5. Possesses leadership qualities, responsibility, and a desire for learning and development.
  6. Prior experience in the food industry is an advantage.
  7. Able to work Monday to Saturday and work in shifts.
