HR Recruitment Officer
Job Responsibilities
Recruit and select candidates through workforce planning, job posting, application screening, background checks, and presenting qualified candidates.
Manage recruitment and hiring processes for foreign workers in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Post job advertisements across various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
Create video content for online channels to promote job openings.
Participate in Job Fairs, roadshows, and recruitment booth activities.
Maintain and update candidate and employee databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
Prepare employment contracts and handle the onboarding process for both Thai and foreign employees.
Communicate interview results and job offers to candidates.
Coordinate with supervisors/managers to understand manpower needs (Manpower Requests).
Monitor and evaluate recruitment and hiring processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare reports and summaries of recruitment activities as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection; fresh graduates are also welcome.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Proficient in computer usage and MS Office applications.
Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work overtime and a 6‑day work schedule.
Willing to work off-site when required.
Good command of Thai and English languages.
