Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Control production to meet targets in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
- Allocate manpower appropriately according to production capacity.
- Inspect and improve production processes.
- Resolve issues arising during production.
- Control production costs.
- Supervise employees to ensure work follows the plan.
- Coordinate with related departments.
- Prepare and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology Management, or related fields.
- Understanding of food manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge or experience in Retort operation and control.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO, GHP & HACCP, and BRC systems.
- Able to perform basic problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills, discipline, and high responsibility.
- Able to work Monday to Saturday.
- Able to work in shifts.
