R&D Packaging
Job Responsibilities
- Research and develop packaging used for wet pet food production, including establishing appropriate packaging acceptance criteria.
- Conduct trials and improve packaging to ensure compatibility with production machinery.
- Study packaging quality and its impact on product quality throughout shelf life.
- Test packaging from new suppliers or new specifications as alternative sources in collaboration with the packaging procurement team.
- Prepare packaging specification documents.
- Review and verify Keyline and packaging artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Reduce packaging costs while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor project progress to ensure targets are met and align with sales plans.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Food Science and Technology, or related fields.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software used for artwork preparation.
- Strong coordination and clear communication skills.
- Observant, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
