Oversee the receiving and storage of goods from factories and external suppliers with accuracy and maximum efficiency.
Control product preparation, replenishment, order checking, and loading to ensure accuracy in both quality and timing.
Manage daily stock counting and stock reconciliation with the accounting team, ensuring accurate and traceable results.
Monitor and verify pallet receiving and issuing to ensure accuracy between the system and physical stock.
Maintain cleanliness and quality systems to comply with GMP and ISO standards.
Ensure employees and external parties strictly follow company regulations and warehouse safety procedures, and participate regularly in safety activities.
Evaluate employee KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in warehouse and supply chain operations (direct experience is an advantage).
Knowledge and understanding of inventory management, WMS systems, and warehouse storage preparation.
Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and RPA.
Good coordination and problem‑solving skills.
Strong management skills, quick problem resolution, high initiative, and attention to detail.
